RF Design ILC4802 - Quad Intelligent LNB-Supply/Control unit
The ILC4802 is an intelligent Quad LNB supply/control unit featuring four active amplifiers with adjustable gain and four internal Bias-Tees/Directional couplers with 13/15/18V, 22kHz supply and current-monitoring (400mA) with alarm shut-off function for max. 4 LNB's while the DC-supply and amplification for the LNB's can be configured locally and remotely.
The unit is available in a compact and space-saving 1RU/19" rack-mount chassis also providing 1:1 power supply redundancy (hot swappable ). An integrated RF-power detector measures the RF output-power with 70dB dynamic range within all four amplifiers while the unit is also equipped with four front-side monitoring ports (-20dB).
Local control of the device can be done via the front side LCDisplay/keypads while colored status LED's indicating various device statuses. Remote access and configuration can be realized via its Ethernet-interface (WEB-GUI, SNMP). The unit is ideally suited for LNB-supply/control purposes in Satellite-, Broadcast and Broadband communication architectures such as Teleports, Satellite Earth-Stations, Broadcast facilities and CATV/IPTV headend platforms. The ILC4802 is available with 50Ohm SMA(f) or 75Ohm F(f) connectors (see order information).
