New Product - AES DA 2×6 – AES/EBU Distribution System

The AES DA 2×6, six output AES/EBU distribution system follows in the footsteps of the RDDA 4×4 product and is ideal for distributing AES/EBU signals at sample rates of up to 192kHz and/or word clock around your facility providing transparent AES/EBU signal distribution.
The system provides one transformer balanced input and one isolated S/PDIF input, along with six transformer isolated outputs. Signal bypass is built-in with Input one bypassing to output one in case of a power outage. Local and remote signal monitoring detects loss of clock with active and failure front panel LED indicators and SPST alarm relay for remote monitoring. The AES DA 2×6 is equipped with one female XLR connector as its transformer balanced input and one isolated RCA connector for its S/PDIF input. The six transformer
balanced outputs use male XLR connectors.
The alarm SPDT alarm relay contacts are supplied on a plug-in euro-block connector. The AES DA 2×6 is powered by a surge protected internal power supply with a front panel power LED. A 9 volt DC universal switching power supply with domestic AC connector is included. International AC connectors are optional. The compact half rack form-factor allows the unit to be set on a desktop,mounted on a wall or two units may be rack mounted using the RA-1, Rack-Able mounting shelf.
